Two corn tortillas topped with fried eggs, house made tomatillo and fire-roasted tomato salsas, black beans, and cilantro.  It’s like taking a plane to Texas and getting breakfast in a hole-in-the-wall spot where it’s necessary to know Spanish to order. But don’t worry we won’t test your high school Spanish. $7

Breakfast Burrito

Everything you could possibly want for breakfast wrapped in hot twin flour tortillas. Stuffed-full with scrambled eggs, pepper jack cheese, black beans, house-made fire-roasted tomato salsa, cilantro. $7
